TUCSON, AZ — PSE Archery Announces S3DA Gold Sponsorship; releases two S3DA-Specific Compound Bows
PSE Archery today announced their Gold Sponsorship of the Scholastic 3D Archery program (S3DA™), including the release of S3DA™-specific versions of the PSE Stinger Max hunting bow and the Centrix SD short-draw target bow. According to PSE, this new sponsorship is just the first step in what will be an exciting partnership between the largest privately-owned archery manufacturer in the world, and the archery education organization.
“We’re immensely excited to be coming on board with the S3DA,” stated Lonnie Workman, Vice President of Sales for PSE Archery. “They run an amazing program, and what they do is becoming more and more important every day to the continued vitality of our industry. We can’t overstate the value of the amazing contributions the S3DA makes to educating youth about competitive archery, hunting, and wildlife conservation.”
Starting in only three states at their 1st National Tournament, S3DA™ is now an after-school initiative that is active in 41 states and growing. S3DA™ programs can operate through archery shops, churches, fire stations, wildlife departments, ASA clubs, NFAA clubs, JOAD clubs, and more. According to Jennie Richardson, Executive Director of S3DA™, the organization anticipates even more rapid growth with PSE’s sponsorship.
“PSE Archery is known worldwide as a leader in the archery industry. Their long-standing commitment to quality and excellence is displayed daily through their product line and company ethics. I’m pleased that PSE Archery has made the commitment to sponsor S3DA and excited to begin this journey with such a reputable organization. This sponsorship will allow S3DA to further its goal of transitioning youth into competitive and recreational archery, conservation, and a lifetime of enjoyment in the outdoors.”
